Please bookmark the ONS 50th Annual Congress Exhibitor Resources Page. On this page, you can find the most up-to-date information related to your exhibit in the Learning Hall. This will include the schedule, floor plan, booth inclusions, shipping information, registration & housing information, and more. As additional information becomes available, it will be posted to this page.

Exhibitor Webinar

SAVE THE DATE for an Exhibitor FAQ Webinar on Tuesday, February 11 at 12:00 pm CT. The session will cover exhibitor resources, placing orders, important deadlines, and what to expect onsite. NOTE: In case you cannot attend, this session will be recorded and sent to all exhibitors. A calendar invite is coming soon.

Mobile App Instructions

If you have not already, you will receive an email from Confex (ons@confex.com) with instructions on how to upload your company information to the website and mobile app. Please complete this task at your earliest convenience so that your company is included in this popular attendee tool. If you need this information resent, please contact ons@confex.com.

Exhibitor Services Kit

The Exhibitor Services Kit is available HERE. The manual is composed of ONS Show Management Forms, Shepard Forms, and Utilities and Additional Services for your ordering needs. All forms are important to the success of your exhibits. If you have any questions, please contact Shepard Customer Service at orders@shepardes.com or call (404) 720-8600.

Exhibitor Registration & Housing

Maritz is the official registration & housing provider for the ONS 50th Annual Congress. Exhibitor badge registration and housing are integrated into one website. Confirmed exhibitors may register for badges and reserve hotel rooms by visiting the exhibitor portal HERE.

As a reminder, each ONS exhibitor receives (3) complimentary exhibitor registration badges per 10’ x 10’ booth space. Additional exhibitor badges (above your complimentary allotment) may be purchased for $50 each. NOTE: You must register for the conference prior to booking a hotel room.
