Shipping Information – IMPORTANT UPDATE

You should have received a notice from Shepard that the Advanced Warehouse address recently changed – please note the new address below. This has been updated within the Shepard Exhibitor Services Kit and shipping labels. We highly recommend shipping your materials to the advanced warehouse to ensure they arrive on time:

Mobile App Instructions

The ONS Congress mobile app is now live! Download the app to keep conference information at your fingertips. Find the app by searching for “ONS Congress” in the App Store or Google Play. If you have not updated your mobile app exhibitor listing, please do so via Confex, our official scheduling tool. If you need your login information resent, please contact ons@confex.com.

Onsite Space Selection for 2026

Space selection for the ONS 51st Annual Congress will be taking place onsite. Your company will be assigned a day and time for your 2026 booth selection – please keep an eye out for a communication soon. Your 2026 Exhibit Application must be completed and signed in order to participate. As a reminder, the ONS 51st Annual Congress will take place May 13-17, 2026, in San Antonio, Texas.
