Please bookmark the ONS 50th Annual Congress Exhibitor Resources Page. On this page, you can find the most up-to-date information related to your exhibit in the Learning Hall. This will include the schedule, floor plan, booth inclusions, shipping information, registration & housing information, and more. As additional information becomes available, it will be posted to this page.

Exhibitor Services Kit

The Shepard Exhibitor Services Kit is now available HERE! This manual is designed to provide you with all the information necessary for a successful and profitable exhibition. The manual is composed of ONS Show Management Forms, Shepard Forms, and Utilities and Additional Services for your ordering needs.

You should’ve received an email with instructions on how to login to the Shepard Portal. If you didn’t please let onssponsorships@smithbucklin.com know.

Exhibitor Registration & Housing

Maritz is the official registration & housing provider for the ONS 50th Annual Congress. Exhibitor badge registration and housing are integrated into one website. Confirmed exhibitors may register for badges and reserve hotel rooms by visiting the exhibitor portal HERE.

As a reminder, each ONS exhibitor receives (3) complimentary exhibitor registration badges per 10’ x 10’ booth space. Additional exhibitor badges (above your complimentary allotment) may be purchased for $50 each. NOTE: You must register for the conference prior to booking a hotel room.
